You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The jewel must come back intact, unworn and complete with its original packaging.

To begin the procedure, write to info@mimimilano.com: we arrange collection and send you a prepaid label. The return service costs €10, deducted from the refunded amount.

Every jewel arrives with its certificate of authenticity, attesting its originality, provenance and date of purchase, together with the creation's identification code.

Jewels with pearls also carry the pearl certificate, dedicated to the type of gem — Akoya, Freshwater, South Sea or Tahiti — with the type, colour, dimensions and guidance for its care. Exceptional pearls receive an individual gemmological certificate, issued by one of the most authoritative international laboratories.
