Access to the site and any purchase entail acceptance of the conditions set out below.

The products

The jewels are described and photographed with the utmost care. Pearls and gems remain natural materials: slight differences in colour, shape and size between the photograph and the piece delivered belong to their nature and to handcrafting.

Every item is offered subject to availability. Should a jewel prove to be sold out after the order, we notify you by e-mail and propose an alternative or a refund.

Prices and payment

Prices are expressed in euros and include VAT. Payment is made using the methods available at checkout, managed by platforms operating over secure, encrypted connections: the maison receives confirmation of the transaction and retains only the order data.

Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when the maison confirms the order by e-mail. Until that moment the order remains an offer to purchase.

Shipping

Delivery times, coverage and costs are described in Shipping. The maison's liability covers what falls within its own organisation.

Right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be exercised within 14 days of delivery, as described in Returns and refunds.

Guarantee

The two-year legal guarantee of conformity provided by the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) applies. Every creation travels with its own certificate of authenticity.

Use of the site

The user undertakes to use the site in accordance with the law. The maison's liability remains excluded for damage arising from improper use of the site or of the products.

Intellectual property

The images, texts, trademarks and graphics published on mimimilano.com belong to Broggian Group S.r.l. and are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, even in part, requires the written authorisation of the company.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by Italian law. For disputes with a consumer, jurisdiction lies with the court of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, where this is in Italy; in all other cases the Court of Busto Arsizio has jurisdiction.

For disputes with consumers it is also possible to turn to the alternative dispute resolution (ADR) bodies provided for by European and Italian law. The European ODR platform is no longer operational.
