Every jewel leaves the logistics centre in Gallarate, in the province of Varese, on working days.

Delivery times and coverage

MIMÍ Milano ships throughout the European Union by express courier. Deliveries are stated as within five days of order confirmation.

All shipments can be tracked from the customer area and travel insured for the full value of the jewel.

Cost

Shipping is free throughout the European Union.

Outside the European Union

For the United Kingdom, Switzerland and countries outside the EU we prepare a tailored proposal, with times, methods and costs calculated for the destination. Simply write to info@mimimilano.com.

For these destinations any customs duties and charges are borne by the recipient, according to the rules of the country of arrival.

Availability

When a jewel requires additional preparation time, we notify you by e-mail, indicating the expected delivery date.

On delivery

The parcel travels sealed. Whoever receives it is invited to check its integrity in the presence of the courier and to note any irregularity found on the delivery note at once.
