Certificate of authenticity

Each MIMI MILANO jewel is delivered with a certificate of authenticity, which certifies its originality, provenance and date of purchase. The document contains the identification code of the jewel, the description and the point of sale where it was purchased, both physical and online.

Pearl Certificate – Classic Line

For the jewels of the line Classic Pearls, a is provided exclusive certificate, dedicated to the quality of the selected pearl.
This document precisely identifies the type of pearl purchased – Akoya, Freshwater or South Sea – describes its distinctive characteristics and provides essential instructions for its care.
A gesture that reflects MIMI's expertise in the world of pearls and the desire to offer customers clear, transparent and authoritative information.

Shipping

All MIMI MILANO shipments are express, safe and traceableDelivery generally takes place within 48–72 working hours from the order confirmation.

Within the European Union, shipping is always free.

For orders with destination outside of Europe, it will be possible to receive a personalized proposal. Just write to info@mimimilano.com: a dedicated contact will provide details on delivery times, costs and methods, ensuring a smooth and tailor-made experience, anywhere in the world.

Returns and exchanges

It is possible to request a made within 14 days of receiving your order. The jewel must be intact, unworn, and accompanied by the original packaging.

To start the procedure, simply write to info@mimimilano.com. A representative will arrange the collection and send the return label. A fixed fee of €10 will be withheld from the refund to cover return costs.

To make a change, it is recommended to contact customer service, who will check the availability of the new size or model desired.

Gifts and special timings

Gift jewelry can be exchanged or converted into credit within 14 days.
In case the gift is delivered after the purchase, it is possible indicate it in the order notes: the term will be counted from the actual delivery date.

After-sales service

The MIMI laboratories are available for the care and maintenance of the purchased jewels.
You can request:

Times vary from two weeks to a month, depending on the nature of the work required.

Custom creations

MIMI MILANO's know-how in the field of pearls allows for the creation of personalized jewelry according to specific wishes.
Upon request, it is possible to commission necklaces, earrings, pendants or unique pieces, choosing:

  • the type of pearl (Akoya, South Sea, Freshwater...)
  • the size
  • the color
  • the length or design

Each creation is born from a dialogue with the customer, carefully followed by a dedicated contact person.
