This policy describes how we collect, use and protect the personal data of those who visit www.mimimilano.com or make purchases on it. It is provided pursuant to the GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

• identification and contact data: first name, surname, e-mail address, telephone;
• shipping and billing addresses;
• payment data, handled by the payment service providers;
• browsing and site-usage data;
• the e-mail address provided for the newsletter subscription.

3 · Purposes and legal basis

• fulfilling the order, shipping and invoicing it, and providing assistance — performance of the contract;
• complying with tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation;
• preventing fraud and protecting the site — legitimate interest;
• sending promotional communications — consent, which may be withdrawn at any time;
• measuring and improving the service — legitimate interest, or consent for the tools that require it.

4 · How we collect data

Through the checkout and registration forms, the newsletter subscription, and automatic technologies such as cookies, tags, pixels and log files. Cookie preferences are set from the site's consent panel and can be changed at any time.

5 · Recipients

Data may be disclosed to:

• Shopify, which hosts the e-commerce platform;
• the payment service providers available at checkout;
• the couriers entrusted with shipping;
• the providers of e-mail and customer service tools.

All of them act as data processors, under a contract that binds them to the applicable legislation.

6 · Promotional communications

To offer relevant content we use the measurement and advertising tools of the main platforms, on the basis of the consent given. The data remain confidential to the maison and its processors, and transfer to third parties for commercial purposes remains excluded.

7 · Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Some providers operate in third countries. In that case the transfer takes place on the basis of an adequacy decision of the European Commission or of the standard contractual clauses provided for by the Regulation.

8 · Retention

Order data are retained for the period required by tax obligations, currently ten years. Data collected for promotional communications are retained until consent is withdrawn. Browsing data follow the duration declared in the cookie panel.

9 · Rights of the data subject

The data subject has the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. They are exercised by writing to info@mimimilano.com.

The right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali), garanteprivacy.it, remains unaffected.

10 · Minors

The site is intended for an adult audience. The knowing collection of data from persons under sixteen years of age remains excluded.
