Orders are generally shipped within 48 business hours of confirmation, unless otherwise stated. Delivery takes 48 to 72 business hours. All shipments are express, traceable and also visible in your personal area.
Yes, each order includes a tracking code. The customer receives an email with the link to follow the shipment in real time, also accessible from their personal area.
Yes. MIMI MILANO ships throughout Europe with free delivery. For destinations outside the EU, you can write to info@mimimilano.com: one of our representatives will dedicate a personalized proposal with times and costs.
Shipping is always free in Europe. For other destinations, costs are calculated on request.

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND GIFTS
You may request a return within 14 days of receipt. The jewel must be intact, unworn, and accompanied by its original packaging. Simply write to info@mimimilano.com: one of our representatives will arrange collection and provide a shipping label.
Yes. Once the return is authorized, the label is sent and the collection is scheduled according to the client’s preference. Upon receipt of the package, €10 will be deducted from the refund to cover return shipping costs.
Yes. You may exchange your purchase or receive store credit within 14 days from the delivery date.
Simply specify the desired delivery date in the order notes. This way, the 14-day period for exchanges will begin from the indicated date, rather than from the shipping date.
AUTHENTICITY OF JEWELS
All MIMI MILANO jewels are accompanied by a certificate of authenticity, which includes a description, code, date, and place of purchase.
Jewels from the Classic Pearl collection are accompanied by an additional technical certificate detailing the type of pearl (Akoya, Freshwater, South Sea), its characteristics, and care instructions.
MIMI uses exclusively 18kt and 9k gold, 925 silver, natural gemstones, and high-quality cultured pearls.
Each 18kt and 9kt gold jewel is legally marked with a maker’s hallmark and a stamp certifying its caratage (750 and 375).
Yes. MIMI selects only natural precious and semi-precious stones, sourced with full traceability.
All pearls used by MIMI MILANO are cultured and meticulously selected according to international quality standards.
CARE AND MAINTENANCE
We recommend using a soft, dry cloth or a gentle, non-abrasive solution. It is best to avoid harsh chemicals.
Pearls should be gently cleaned with a very soft, dry cloth after each use. They must never come into contact with perfumes, creams, or detergents.
It is not recommended. Fragrance can dull the surface of pearls and diminish their natural luster.

Not recommended: frequent contact with water and soaps may accelerate the wear of the finishes and compromise the materials.
No. Salt and chlorine are corrosive substances for both metals and pearls. It is always best to remove your jewelry before swimming.
It is highly discouraged to wear jewelry during sports activities, especially pieces featuring pearls. Sweat, rich in salts and acidic substances, can alter the surface of pearls and diminish the luster of metals. To preserve the beauty and longevity of MIMI creations, we recommend removing them before engaging in any physical activity.
Each jewel should be stored in its original case, away from sources of humidity and heat.
Yes. You may request a professional polishing service to restore the metal’s original luster.

It is possible to request the creation of bespoke jewellery with pearls of any type, colour, size, and setting. Upon request, MIMI can also work with exceptionally rare pearls such as Melo and Conch pearls: extraordinary materials, crafted by only a select few specialised ateliers worldwide.
