You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. The jewel must come back intact, unworn and complete with its original packaging.

To begin the procedure, write to info@mimimilano.com: we arrange collection and send you a prepaid label. The return service costs €10, deducted from the refunded amount.

Jewels with pearls also carry the pearl certificate, dedicated to the type of gem — Akoya, Freshwater, South Sea or Tahiti — with the type, colour, dimensions and guidance for its care.
