You can request a return within 14 days of receipt. The jewel must be intact, unworn and complete with original packaging. To start the procedure, simply write to info@mimimilano.com: our representative will arrange the collection and send a prepaid label.
The return service costs €10, which will be deducted from the refunded amount to cover return costs.
