By using this website and / or placing orders through it, you agree:
  1. to make use of the website only to make legally valid consultations or orders;
  2. not to place false or fraudulent orders. If we have plausible reasons to believe that an order of this nature has been made, we will be authorized to cancel it and inform the competent authorities;
  3. to provide us with your e-mail address, postal address and / or other contact details truthfully and correctly. Likewise, you consent to the use, from our part, of this information to contact you (if necessary, please take vision of the Personal Data Protection Policy).
If you do not provide us with all the information we need, we will not be able to process your order. By placing an order through this website, you guarantee that you are adult (aged 18 or older) and have the legal right to enter into binding contracts.

Availability of the service
The items offered through this website are available exclusively for delivery on the Italian territory (except for San Marino, Livigno, Campione d’Italia and the Lake Lugano’s waters).

Terms for finalizing the contract
The information referred to in these Conditions and the details contained in this website do not constitute an offer to the public, but a mere invitation to make a contractual proposal.
There will be no contract between you and us in relation to any products until your order has been explicitly accepted by us.
If your offer is not accepted but your account has already been debited, the amount will be returned to you in its entirety.
To place an order, you must follow the online purchase process and click on "Authorize payment".
Subsequently, you will receive an e-mail confirming you’re the receipt of your order ("Order Confirmation") and the delivery date.
It is understood that this does not constitute acceptance of your order as it constitutes an offer that you make towards us for the purchase of one or more products.
All orders will be subject to our approval which will be notified by sending an e-mail confirming that the order is being shipped ("Shipping Confirmation").
The contract for the purchase of a product between us and you ("Contract") will be concluded only when we send you the Shipping Confirmation.
Only the products indicated in the Shipping Confirmation will be the object of the Contract.
We will not be obliged to supply you with any other product that has not been ordered until confirmed in the Shipment Confirmation that this product has been shipped.

Availability of products
All product orders are subject to their availability.
In this sense, in case of supply problems, or if there are no items in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information relating to replacement products of similar color, model or value, which you can decide whether to order.
If you do not wish to place an order for these replacement products, we will refund you for any amounts already paid by you.

Refusal of processing an order
We reserve the right to remove any product from this website at any time and / or to delete or modify any material or content.
Although we will always do our best to fulfill all orders, there may be exceptional circumstances that force us to refuse to process orders after sending the order confirmation, and we reserve the right to do so at any time.
We decline any responsibility towards you or towards third parties for the removal of any product from this website, for the elimination or modification of any material or content of the website, or for failure to process the order after sending the order confirmation.

Without prejudice to the provisions of the previous article 7 and except where extraordinary circumstances occur, we commit to do everything in our faculties to send the order of the product(s) indicated in the relative shipping confirmation by the date indicated in that shipping confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, within the deadline estimated at the time of selecting the delivery method and, in any case, within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the order confirmation.
However, there may be delays for various reasons such as product customization, unforeseen circumstances or the delivery areas.

If for any reason we are unable to comply with the delivery terms, we will inform you and give you the options to continue the purchase by setting a new delivery date, or to cancel the order, with the consequent refundof the entire amount paid.
Please note that home deliveries are not made on saturdays and sundays.
As per the conditions, the "delivery" shall be understood as having taken place or the order "delivered" by the acquisition, by you or by a third party indicated by you, of the material availability or in any case of the control of the products, which will be proven by signing the order receipt at the agreed shipping address.

Impossibility of delivery
If it is not possible for us to complete the delivery of your order, we will try to find a safe place to leave it. If this is not possible, your order will be sent to our warehouse. In this case, we will leave you a notice which will specify the place where your order is and how to arrange a new delivery.
If you are not able to be present at the place of delivery at the agreed time, we ask you to contact us again to arrange a new delivery date.

Transfer of the risk and ownership of the products
The risks relating to the products will be borne by you from the moment of their delivery.
You will acquire ownership of the products as soon as we have received full payment of all amounts due in relation to them, including shipping costs, or at the time of delivery (as defined in article 9 above), if this occurs at a later time.

We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping on all orders
Express shipment with delivery in 3-5 working days
Deliveries will take place in working days, not on Sunday and public holidays.
All orders will be processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times.

Shipping restrictions
Currently, we only ship all-over Italy* and are not able to deliver to addresses outside Italy. We hope to offer this service soon.
*except Livigno, Campione d’Italia, Caselle Postali e Fermo Posta. These orders will be automatically cancelled

Payment Methods
You can choose between the followings:

  1. Credit Card
  2. PayPal

All the transactions are guaranteed according to the highest security standards.

Using your credit card
When making the payment for your order you can choose the credit card. You will find this option scrolling down the PayPal page. After you can enter the credit card details. The online transaction is completely secure considered that nobody apart from the bank in charge of the transaction will have knowledge of your Credit Card codes.
The following credit cards are accepted:

  1. Visa
  2. Mastercard
  3. Maestro

At the time the order is placed, the card issuing Bank will only "hold" the amount relating to the Purchase ("Authorization hold"). It means that the funds are only deducted from your Credit Card's limit but are still not transferred to us. The total amount that you have to pay in relation to the purchase order will be effectively charged on your credit card only the day after the dispatch, even if partial, of the products purchased.
However, in the event that dispatch takes place following the Authorization expiring date (i.e. for "On-Demand" products or reservations of New Stock, etc.), we reserve the right to charge the amount prior to the shipment, in order to prevent such expiry.
In certain cases, our Customer Service department may contact you to request further information intended to determine the legal owner of the credit card. In this case, the shipping times shall be delayed until these controls are completed.
Every time that a contract is terminated and the order subsequently cancelled, prior that the amount has been effectively charged on your credit card, we will request to the Bank the release of the amount "held". The release time will depend exclusively on your credit card issuer and, for certain cards, may reach its natural expiry deadline (which is generally 24 days from Authorization date).

Using your PayPal account
If you already are a PayPal account holder and choose to pay using this payment method, after submitting your order you will be forwarded to the PayPal checkout page (safe and secure transaction SSL) where all you need to do is enter your login credentials that you chose when signing up to PayPal.
If the payment is successful, Paypal shall immediately charge the amount for the purchase made to your account, while sending us a confirmation for your order at the same time.
At no time during the purchase process, we will be able to know any information related to your credit card or to the other payment methods chosen by you in your PayPal wallet. The data will not be accessible by us or third parties.
In certain cases, our Customer Service department may contact you to request further information intended to determine the legal ownership of the Paypal account. In this case, the shipping times shall be deemed to commence from the time that these checks are completed.
Any time a contract is terminated and the order subsequently cancelled, the amount related to the purchase made will automatically be credited back to your PayPal account. The methods of chargeback on the payment instrument linked to your PayPal account depend exclusively on PayPal.

In order to deliver in a Safe, Fast and Reliable manner, we ship with TNT.

  1. "Standard service" provides the delivery "on your front door", on weekdays, during office hours and without prior notice by the courier (you cannot pre-book delivery times).
  2. A signature will be required. Please state a delivery address where somebody is available to receive the goods. The courier will try to deliver the parcel in a number of times over several consecutive working days, leaving each time a notification Postcard containing the Courier's contact number. In the event of delivery failure, the parcel will be shipped back to our warehouse, the order will be cancelled and you will be completely refunded, through a reversal of the order payment transaction (see details on Terms and Conditions of Sale).
  3. The scheduled delivery times are subject to product availability and to payment control. They may also vary depending on the delivery locations.
    Dispatch confirmation email - At the time we hand over the package to the courier company, we will inform you sending a mobile text message (SMS), if you provided a mobile phone number on the order form, and by email ("Order Confirmation and Shipment notification"), thus commencing the delivery deadline.
    This email will include all the details related to the delivery (products shipped, amount due if any, payment methods, collection instructions, etc.) as well as the shipping tracking number link, which can be used to find out the exact location of the package sent and to track its route in real time directly on the website of the courier company.
    The tracking number link is even available on your "Order Summary" page, which can be accessed through the Order History section.
    (If you are not a "Registered Customer", follow the instructions contained on the "Customer Service" section to access your "Order Summary" page).

Checks to be done at the time of delivery - We recommend that you carefully check the following at the time of delivery of the goods by the courier company:

  1. that the number of packages delivered corresponds to those indicated on the delivery slip sent to you by email;
  2. that the labels on the packages indicate your name and address;
  3. that there is no presence of any alterations or signs of damage on the external packaging: the packaging must be intact and must not be damaged or wet;
  4. that the materials used to close the packaging (adhesive tape or plastic strapping) have not been damaged or altered in any way.

In the event that you detect any problem while carrying out these checks, it should be immediately notified and conveyed in writing on the Courier’s delivery note, indicating your conditional acceptance of the delivery by writing "ACCEPTANCE SUBJECTED TO CONTROL DUE TO..." and specifying the reason for the reserve (i.e. "wet pack", "broken package", "crushed package", "2 missing packages", "package with perforated cardboard" etc.).
We recommend to notify us as soon as possible (and within a maximum of 7 calendar days from delivery date), any problem related to the physical correspondence or completeness of the received goods (i.e. damages to the parcels and/or to Products, or eventual mismatching in number of delivered parcels), reporting the problem to our Customer Service via the "Online Order Management" tool.
