TAKING CARE OF YOUR JEWEL
Every MIMI jewel features several markings: metal content and the MIMI signature. The diamonds used in MIMI jewellery are natural and untreated. They come from legitimate sources which are not involved in the financing of armed conflicts, in compliance with United Nations resolutions.
MIMI uses only top quality fresh water pearls, always with natural colours. All MIMI’s precious stones have always a natural origin. The unconventional and particular cuts, “MIMI mixed cut”, are created with the purpose of enhancing each jewel.
CLEANING ANNUALLY
Make a complete Jewel cleaning and gold polishing.
REGULARY SET THE STONE
Verify precious stone setting.
WEAR IT REGULARY
If pearls are worn regularly they maintain their brightness and beauty.
DAILY CARE
Perfumes, Lacquer, Cosmetics and sweat can make the pearls lose their natural splendor. Cleaning with a soft cloth or deerskin is recommended for every time they are worn.
DAILY PRESERVE
Safely store the jewels with set diamonds separated from others: for its extreme hardness, diamonds can scratch the gold and ruin other precious stones (pearls in particular).
AFTER SALE WHEN NECESSARY
Precious metals, rhodium especially, tend to darken naturally and need regular care to maintain their maximum shine.
